Megan Howerter, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Divisional HR Business Partner at REI, a position held since July 2015, following a role as HR Generalist. Prior to REI, Megan worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Doyon Government Group for a brief period in 2015, supporting various employee functions and developing the FMLA Request Guide. From October 2003 to March 2015, Megan held multiple roles at Weyerhaeuser Company, including Senior HR Generalist, where support was provided to Corporate Functions and the Timberlands Organization, and Employee Service Center Specialist, delivering expert-level resolutions at an HR call center for a large employee base. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington between 1996 and 2000.
