Mike Hulser

Mike Hulser has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, serving as Divisional Vice President of HR and Talent at REI from June 2005 to October 2011, where leadership encompassed a $2.5 billion organization. Prior roles at REI included Director of HR Business Partnership and Talent Management, as well as Manager of Organizational Development, focusing on aligning teams with business goals through effective change management. At Toys R Us, from February 1994 to May 2004, Mike held the position of Regional/District Human Resources Manager, leading HR initiatives across multiple states and achieving notably low turnover rates on the West Coast. Previous experience also includes serving as a Store Director, managing a unit with $14 million in annual sales. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a Minor in Economics from Washington State University and a licensed Washington State Real Estate Agent credential from Highline College.
