Paul Harwood has extensive work experience in a range of industries. Paul began their career as an Assembler at Fristam Pumps USA and worked there for five years. Following this, they worked as a Crew Leader and Maintenance Specialist at Eric Long Maintenance, where they supervised a team of four and handled various cleaning and home remodeling tasks. Paul then joined Fiduciary Real Estate Development as a Maintenance worker, overseeing a crew of four and managing the cleaning of a large facility. Paul also gained experience in customer service at Performance Bicycle before transitioning into a role as a Pool Cleaner at American Pools. Paul further expanded their skill set as a Tool Operator at Freescale Semiconductor and a Manufacturing Technician at Intel Corporation.
