Sean Neades

Sean Neades has a diverse work experience that includes various roles and responsibilities. Sean started their career in 2016 as a Kitchen Utility at Forest Home and then worked as a Cooks Help at Humboldt State University from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Sierra Service Project as a Food Service Coordinator and later became a Site Director, where they managed a team and implemented curriculum and volunteer opportunities. From 2018 to 2021, they also worked at FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, where they served as a Youth Leader and as the Streaming Coordinator, overseeing the streaming process and training team members. Most recently, in 2021, they joined REI as a Retail Sales Specialist and was promoted to the role of Retail Sales Lead in 2022.

Sean Neades has a General Education degree in Computer Science from Humboldt State University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, their education history includes attending Crafton Hills College, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, Sean has completed a CPR/AED/First-Aid course from the NationalCPRFoundation in June 2018. Sean has also obtained various LinkedIn certifications in areas such as communication skills, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, strategic thinking, human leadership, motivating people with different personalities, stability during times of change, human skills for managers, difficult conversations, effective communication, and the importance of trust. These LinkedIn certifications were all obtained in November 2023.
