Valerie Binions

Valerie Binions has over two decades of experience in employee services and human resources at REI, where current responsibilities as Supervisor of Employee Services began in August 2021. Valerie previously held various roles at REI from October 1995 to January 2008, including Benefits Analyst, Benefits Coordinator, Employee Services Representative, HR Clerical Assistant, and Copy Center Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Continental Hardwood Company from July 1994 to August 1995. Valerie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, between 1985 and 1987.
