Prapanjj S K Kota is an accomplished entrepreneur and business professional with a strong background in the diamond industry. Currently serving as a Fellow at the Startup Leadership Program since August 2023, Prapanjj also holds the position of Founder and CEO at Reia since November 2022, alongside being a Partner at Kota Diamonds, which specializes in natural and lab-grown loose diamond trading and customized diamond jewelry. Previously, Prapanjj gained valuable experience as a Business Development Associate at De Beers Group and as a Diamond Grader at S.Vinodkumar Diamonds Pvt Ltd. Prapanjj holds a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Christ University, Bangalore, and has pursued commerce/business studies at Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan in Coimbatore, with early education in International Business as an exchange student in the United States.
