Daphne Adebayo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fitness, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as a Life Time Performer and Class Experience Lead at Life Time Inc., Daphne delivers high-energy classes and fosters community among members. As the Founder and Consultant of Born to Flex LLC, Daphne creates events promoting safe fitness spaces for women, notably securing a grant to host a significant Women's History Month event.
