Scott Mease

Scott Mease is a semi-retired project engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles, currently serving as a Minion at Mechanical Advantage Consulting since May 2021. Prior to this, Scott has held multiple engineering positions at Reichhold, including Project Engineer at the Pensacola, FL Plant and Interim Maintenance Manager at the Valley Park, MO Plant. Scott previously owned and served as President of Mechanical Advantage Consulting, focusing on technical sales and contract engineering. Additional experience includes engineering and project management roles at Diamondhead Construction and Maintenance Corp, and a long tenure at Union Carbide, where Scott worked in various engineering and management capacities. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University in 1979.
