Jos Kohn

Jos Kohn is a Senior Development Engineer in Fiber Optics at Reichle & De-Massari AG since April 2020. They are also the Founder of Astro Events since 2015, organizing scientific outreach events in the field of astronomy. Previously, they worked as an External Lecturer at Université de Fribourg/Universität Freiburg and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Universität Bern. Jos completed their Doctorate in Physics from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg in 2017, with a thesis focused on fiber optics.
