Robert M.

Robert M. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Robert is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Reichle & De-Massari AG since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Condair Group from 2012 to 2020, where they held the positions of Head of Innovation & Engineering, Head of Engineering (EMEA), Head of Engineering (Competence Center Pfäffikon), and Global Product Manager. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Hilti as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Consultant. Robert started their career at Accenture as a Consultant from 2005 to 2008.

Robert M. pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with an exchange year at Polytechnique Montréal in 2002-2003, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Following this, from 2000 to 2005, they attended EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), where they earned their Msc degree in Microtechnique. Later, in 2012-2013, they attended BSL (Business School Lausanne) & HSG (University of St. Gallen) to obtain a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Sustainable Business.
