Jennifer Estremera

Jennifer Estremera is a trial lawyer with over a decade of experience in high-exposure commercial and intellectual property cases in federal and state courts across the country. Jennifer is known for her ability to organize and manage large-scale, complex cases as well as her authentic practice style, stemming from small-town roots, which provides a unique perspective in connecting with jurors. She is a founder and Deputy Managing Partner of the firm.

Jennifer has represented clients in a wide range of cases, including matters involving trade secrets, commercial transactions, patents, trademarks, false advertising, energy and environmental issues, constitutional violations, consumer class actions, product liability and personal injury, and securities claims in FINRA arbitration.
