Esther Abram

Esther Abram is an accomplished leader in the environmental and philanthropic sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Nature Impact Collective since November 2024. With a rich history of impactful roles, including a member of the Board of Trustees at the Reichstein Foundation and Chair of Mycelia Renewables Ltd, Abram has consistently focused on enhancing philanthropic efforts and environmental advocacy. Previous positions include Strategic Advisor at Estuary Consulting, Philanthropy and Development Coordinator at Country Needs People, and Giving Green Manager at the Australian Environmental Grantmakers Network, where Esther played a key role in promoting environmental philanthropy. As the former Executive Officer of Changemakers Australia and CEO of Moreland Energy Foundation Ltd., Abram has demonstrated a strong commitment to social change and community engagement. Holding a Master's degree in Policy from the University of Melbourne, Abram combines strategic insight with a passion for environmental protection and restoration.
