Kaylie R. has a diverse range of work experiences in various industries. Kaylie began their career as an Administrative Intern at Senator Charles Grassley in 2015. Kaylie then worked as an International Trade Intern at the National Pork Producers Council in 2016. In the same year, they also served as a Nutrition Coach at FreshFitMeals. In 2017, Kaylie worked as an Agriculture Entrepreneurship Initiative Marketing Assistant at Iowa State University and as an Inland Sea at Marketing and Business. Their most recent role was as the Director of Communications at Reicks View Farms, where they also served as an Employee and Public Relations representative.

Kaylie R. attended New Hampton High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a high school/secondary diploma or certificate. Subsequently, they enrolled at Iowa State University from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. Their major at Iowa State University was Public Service in Administration in Agriculture, and they also completed minors in Ag Business and Food & Society.
