William (Bill) T Reid IV is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation and academia. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas School of Law, Reid teaches a self-created course titled "Complex Financial Litigation," utilizing a case study approach. As the Owner of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP since November 2009, a boutique law firm specializing in high-stakes plaintiff's litigation, Reid has also played key roles as a member of the Board of Directors for both Green Ocean Sciences, Inc., and 9 Banded Whiskey. Previously, Reid served as a Partner at Diamond McCarthy LLP and a trial lawyer at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas, where a record of successfully trying 25 cases to verdict was established. Reid's educational background includes a Doctor of Law degree from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
