Amy Baldwin

Amy Baldwin serves as the Contact Center Director at Reid Health since April 2014, where responsibilities include directing a Healthcare Contact Center focused on hospital and ambulatory scheduling, nurse triage, referral management, and prior authorization processes to enhance patient access and reduce denials. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a Scheduler at Whitewater Valley Rehabilitation from July 2011 to April 2014. Amy Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2012 and 2016, and a high school diploma from Franklin County High School, obtained in 1994.
