Charles Smith

Charles Smith is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal at Reid Middleton since May 2018, Charles has previously held the position of Associate Principal within the same company. Prior to that, Charles worked at David Evans and Associates, Inc. from October 2006 to April 2018 as a Project Engineer, and at WHPacific Inc. as a Transportation Engineer from January 1999 to October 2006. Charles holds a degree from Washington State University.
