Reut Matza has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Reut is currently employed at REIGNN., where they serve as the Creative Team Lead. Prior to this, Reut held the position of Creative Account Manager at the same company.

Before joining REIGNN., Reut worked at the National Union of Israeli Students as the Communication Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing and operating all PR and media communications for the Israeli National Students union. Reut'sduties included handling press releases, executing digital marketing campaigns, and initiating collaborations with government officials and social organizations. Reut held this position from September 2016 to September 2019.

Reut also gained experience as an Account Manager at Goldfinger Communications. In this role, they managed multiple customer accounts in the Pharmaceutical, Health, and Education industries. Reut established annual PR and media roadmaps for their clients, including Medison (Pharma), Kibbutzim College, and Bat-Melech, a pro-bono shelter for battered women. Reut worked at Goldfinger Communications from November 2015 to September 2016.

Additionally, Reut served as the Marketing Manager for the Ben-Gurion University Student Union from May 2013 to June 2015.

Early in their career, Reut worked as a Copywriter at LH Media TBWA (former Leomek Hatoda’a). In this role, they were responsible for transforming creative ideas into successful advertisements across various mediums such as print, television, radio, billboards, digital, and social media. Reut handled multiple customers and tasks simultaneously during their time at the company, which lasted from January 2011 to October 2012.

Reut Matza completed their Bachelor's degree in Education, Political Science & History from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2012 to 2015. In 2018, they were an extra student at Tel Aviv University, focusing on UX Design. Prior to that, they attended Aboodi Creative Advertising School starting in 2009, where they studied Copywriting. Reut also attended Eshel Hanasi high school from 2001 to 2006, where they focused on Psychology.
