Ryan M. Laughlin

Ryan serves as Senior Vice President of Reilly Partners, joining the team in 2017. In this role, Ryan operates as a project manager on the execution side of the search process, including identifying, contacting, and qualifying candidates, as well as the business development and deal sourcing side.

Ryan’s responsibilities also include industry and competitor research, presentation development, determination of critical needs, and identification of target impact areas. Ryan engages in business-to-business relationship maintenance with start-up and Fortune 1000 clients, servicing food and beverage, insurance, private equity, and sports verticals, among others. Ryan works closely with the Managing Directors to organize internal research resources and coordinate best course of action for external, client-facing agendas.

Ryan graduated from the University of Denver with a major in economics and a minor in sociology and criminology. While at University of Denver, Ryan was a member of the men’s lacrosse team until an injury ended his playing career. Ryan is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys participating in Camp Hope of Illinois, a summer camp for children, teenagers, and young adults who are challenged by developmental disabilities.
