REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program
Kaitlyn Siewert has extensive experience in therapeutic horsemanship and aquatic management. Currently serving as Program Manager at the REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program since 2013, Kaitlyn oversees various aspects of the program, including therapeutic riding lessons, horse management, volunteer coordination, scheduling, and fundraising. Kaitlyn previously held the position of Lifeguard Assistant Supervisor at MCCS, where responsibilities included managing the pool, scheduling swim programs, teaching swim lessons, and overseeing staff. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos between 2008 and 2011.
