Jeff Alton, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Accounting, Finance & Risk at the Reinsurance Association of America since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Head of Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Audit at BCS Financial Corporation from July 2024 to December 2024, where updates to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the development of a Third Party Risk Management Policy were key achievements. Jeff’s previous experience includes serving as the Chief Risk Officer of the Americas & Bermuda at Lombard International Group, where risk management policies tailored to distinct business needs were developed. At CNA Insurance, Jeff progressed through various leadership roles from 1997 to 2021, focusing on financial regulation, risk governance, and regulatory strategy, significantly influencing capital planning and regulatory compliance. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lewis University.
