Konstantin Gredeskoul is a software engineer who has experience working with large databases and implementing agile processes. Konstantin is currently the CEO and founder of ReinventONE, Inc.
Konstantin began their career at Flow, where they built from scratch a new dev, staging, and production infra on AWS that was automated with Chef. Konstantin also applied modern security practices, such as tiny public IP footprint, VPN, and encrypted keys. In addition, they introduced the engineering team to the Pivotal Process and point estimation, and led the first few Pivotal-based planners. As a result of Konstantin's work, the company was able to transform a brittle manually built infrastructure into a world-class fully automated auto-scaling cloud, CI, and deployment architecture.
Konstantin left Flow in November 2018 and joined FOSSA in September 2020. At FOSSA, their job was to identify both process and infrastructure inefficiencies and address them. Konstantin helped establish a new agile process based on the Turbo Agile blog post and helped the teams switch over to Pivotal Tracker and establish daily sprints and planners. Konstantin also worked on projects such as the AWS cost reduction project, data migration of a 27TB database table running in serverless Aurora, and implementation of the unique feature of Faktory Workers (which comes with the paid enterprise version) in TypeScript.
