Richard Henshall

Richard Henshall is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate, finance, and technology. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Senior Advisor at REInvest Greece and Recognyte, Richard focuses on leveraging technology and data science to enhance real estate asset management. As the Founder of Noria Ventures, Richard is involved in Agtech and venture capital. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at Resolute Asset Management, where Richard contributed to strategic growth in distressed real estate, and Country Head at Westpac Institutional Bank for the Americas, overseeing financial markets and risk management. Richard’s significant professional background also includes leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and Westpac across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Richard holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, two law degrees, and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
