Damien Wilson

Damien Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate finance and advisory services. Currently serving as the Senior Director for the HBCU Brilliance Fund at Reinvestment Fund since April 2023, Damien focuses on providing technical and financial support to historically Black colleges and universities. As the Founder and President of WD Advisors since August 2021, Damien has established a platform for strategic guidance in the industry. Previously, Damien worked as a Partner at Monge Capital Advisors from 2011 to August 2021, specializing in public/private partnerships and utilizing various financing programs such as New Market Tax Credits. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Peruze, LLC, which facilitated a mobile marketplace for bartering, and holding the position of Managing Partner at Dominion Realty Capital, Inc., focusing on debt and equity placement within real estate. Damien holds an MBA in Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Mathematics from Morehouse College.
