Christopher Ungania

Christopher Ungania has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being a Business Analyst at Moody's Analytics CRE starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Moody's Analytics as a Research Manager in Data Strategy & Research | CRE Solutions from September 2019 to October 2022. Before joining Moody's Analytics, Christopher worked at Reis | Commercial Real Estate Data and Analytics in various roles such as Team Leader from January 2017 to October 2018, Quality Control Analyst from October 2016 to January 2017, and Research Analyst from October 2015 to October 2016. Christopher also has experience as a Research Assistant at Columbia Business School's Institute for Tele-Information from June 2014 to August 2014.

Christopher Ungania completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Hunter College between 2012 and 2015. During their time at Hunter College, they also pursued minors in Media Studies and Psychology. Prior to attending Hunter College, Christopher studied Social Science at Tompkins Cortland Community College from 2010 to 2012, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution. In addition to their formal education, Christopher obtained certifications in Trifacta Wrangler from Trifacta in May 2019 and as a UAV Operator from the Federal Aviation Administration in March 2018.
