Jelani Archer

Jelani Archer has work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they started working as a Sales Associate at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they excelled in customer service and received high performance evaluations. Jelani advised customers on products and encouraged repeat purchases. From 2014 to 2016, Jelani worked as an Information Technology Intern at InComm, where they completed projects related to HIPPA compliance and SSL management. In 2016, they joined Mattress Firm as an Assistant Manager and later became a Store Manager in 2020. Their responsibilities involved managing store operations and leading a team. Currently, Jelani is working at Moody's Analytics CRE as a CRE Researcher, starting from October 2021.
