Matt Reidy, CFA

Matt Reidy CFA is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in real estate investment, portfolio management, and customer success. Currently serving as Director at Moody's Analytics CRE since October 2022, Matt previously held the position of VP of Real Estate Investment Strategy, Risk Management & Analytics at Eagle Realty Group from June 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing investment allocations and developing new strategies. Prior to that, Matt worked at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. as AVP and Senior Portfolio Manager overseeing $3.5 billion in CMBS investments from June 2005 to June 2018. Matt began a career in finance as a financial services representative at Fidelity Investments from 1999 to 2003. Matt holds an MBA in Investment Management & Real Estate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
