Timothée Mathieu

Timothy W Miller has extensive experience in customer service and support roles across various industries, including telecommunications, corrections, and substance abuse counseling. Most recently, Miller worked as a Direct Care Monitor/Support Provider at Gateway Foundation from January 2023 to July 2023. Prior to this, Miller provided customer service and technical support for Google Fi customers at TELUS International from January 2020 to August 2022. With experience as a Correctional Officer at TDCJ, a Substance Abuse Counselor Intern, and in various customer-focused positions in telecommunications and collections, Miller possesses a diverse skill set in client interaction, problem-solving, and crisis management. Education includes a certificate in Drug and Alcohol Addiction from the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies and a high school diploma from Westwood High School.
