Patrick Liu

Patrick Liu has over 28 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Patrick began their career in 1992 as a Statistician at Bayer, where they were later promoted to Associate Director of Statistics. In 2000, they moved to Purdue Pharma as Director of Biostatistics and then to Schwarz Biosciences in 2001 as Director, BioStatistics. In 2007, they joined UCB as Senior Director, Head of Global BioStatistics. Patrick then transitioned to Takeda Pharmaceuticals in 2010 as Senior Director, Statistics, and then to Millennium Pharmaceuticals in 2013 in the same role. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Director, Global Statistics & Stat Programming and Senior Director, Head of Clinical Data Science (Japan) at Takeda. Most recently, they joined Reistone Biopharma in 2020 as Vice President, Head of International Biometrics.

Patrick Liu holds a PhD in Statistics from The University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of South Carolina.
