Samantha Winter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consultancy, finance, and governance across various sectors, including aged care, social services, and education. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and Managing Principal at Foresight Consulting Services, Samantha has also held significant roles such as Executive Director for Finance & Business Performance at integratedliving Australia Limited and Chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee at Common Equity Housing Limited. Previously, Samantha contributed to the Victorian Government Purchasing Board and Prahran Market as a Board Member and Chair, respectively. Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV)

Our mission is to enhance the professional excellence of our members to the benefit of the communities they work within, and to advocate and represent their interests. The REIV has been the peak professional association for the Victorian real estate industry since 1936. As the voice of the industry they provide analysis and commentary of the property market, using the latest data and research. We support Members with information and advice on matters specific to the real estate industry, and advocates to government on their behalf. A range of communications are regularly produced to keep Members up-to-date with information on the real estate industry and the current market environment. The REIV provides training and events for new entrants and experienced real estate professionals across all sectors of the property profession. In addition, a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program informs Members of changing trends, markets and regulatory requirements. The Institute has over 7,000 Members from a diverse range of specialist areas including: - Residential Sales - Commercial and Industrial Sales - Property Management - Auctions - Business Broking - Buyers Agency - Owners'​ Corporations Management - Valuations. REIV Members are located in city, rural and regional areas.
