Sergio Botero

Sergio Botero is a seasoned professional in retail design and development, currently serving as the Head Of Store Development and Design at The Reject Shop since October 2020. With a focus on commercial growth, Sergio has successfully established a company-wide Store Development framework and a strategic Range Review program, enhancing sales returns and facilitating new store expansions. Previously, Sergio held various leadership roles at Coles, including Head of Store Design, Innovation & Standards, where significant achievements included the design of the 2018 Small Format Coles Concept Store and the reinvention of the Coles Blueprint. Sergio's formative experience includes roles at Coles Myer, Wentworth Furniture, and Sarris Design, with educational credentials in Industrial Design from RMIT University and Architectural Drafting from Holmesglen.
