Jarmo Suominen

Jarmo Suominen has extensive experience in the engineering and consulting industry. Jarmo began their career as the Chairman of the Board for Neste Jacobs AB in 2010, and later served as the President and CEO of Neste Jacobs from 2010 to 2018. During this time, they managed a professional services organization with over 1,500 engineers and specialists. Jarmo also held the role of Chairman of the Board for Neste Jacobs Abu Dhabi Branch from 2011 to 2016.

In 2014, Suominen became a Member of the Board of Directors for The Finnish Gas Association, where they worked to improve the operational conditions of gas usage. Jarmo also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for SKOL - The Finnish Association of Consulting Firms from 2016 to 2018.

Prior to their current role, Suominen worked as the General Manager for NES AB Abu Dhabi Branch, a part of the Rejlers Group, from 2019 to 2020. Jarmo then joined Rejlers Finland Oy as the Senior Vice President in 2019. Most recently, they have been working as the General Manager for Rejlers International Engineering Solutions AB since December 2020.

In addition to their professional roles, Suominen also served as the Chairman and sole owner of JKS wealth fund beginning in 2018. Overall, Suominen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current position, with a focus on providing Nordic high-quality engineering solutions and project services in the Middle East region.

Jarmo Suominen completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kotka College of Technology between 1980 and 1984. Jarmo later pursued their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, which they completed between 1985 and 1988.
