Sara Schill

Sara Schill is an experienced professional in workplace management, change management, and business leadership. Currently serving as Workplace Manager at Rejlers since September 2022, Sara is responsible for overseeing an office of approximately 170 employees and leads the management team in Gothenburg. Previously held roles at Rejlers include Consultant in Change Management, where Sara led significant change processes, and Business Unit Manager for Digital Solutions, focusing on digital automation.
