Nikhil Mhatre

Nikhil Mhatre has a diverse work experience starting from 2020 as the Founder and CEO of Preate, an EV startup focused on accelerating the electrification of last-mile logistics in India. Nikhil secured funding, established strategic partnerships with major clients, and achieved remarkable growth. In 2021, they became an Incubatee for Youth Co:Lab, a program by the United Nations Development Program and Citi Bank. In 2022, they joined the Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration and Shiv Nadar University's Atal Incubation Centre as an Incubatee. In 2023, they worked at ReBlock Technologies and The Happiness Room in the Founder's office, focusing on growth. Nikhil also joined Threedee Inc. as the VP of Growth, where they contributed to developing customized Metaverse projects. In 2024, they founded AI Overlords, a community for AI builders and developers, and co-founded a stealth AI project. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development at Rejolut- A Web 3.0 Company, where they help solve complex business problems using AI and Blockchain and assists in establishing Centers of Excellence for blockchain networks and products.

Nikhil Mhatre holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business, Generative AI for Business Leaders, What Is Generative AI?, and What Can Blockchain Do for You? Nikhil is also a certified Full stack blockchain developer from PW (PhysicsWallah) Inueron.
