Christina Young

Christina Young has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and operations field. Christina currently holds the position of Head of Operations at Pramand, LLC and Rejoni, Inc. Prior to their current roles, they worked at Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. for over a decade, where they held various positions including Senior Director Manufacturing, Director Manufacturing, Associate Director Manufacturing Engineering, Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering, and Project Manager. During their time at Ocular Therapeutix, they successfully led cross-functional project teams, supported clinical studies, and contributed to regulatory submissions. Before joining Ocular Therapeutix, Inc., Christina worked at Covidien as a PDP Champion, where they led the transfer of manufacturing to a new facility and contributed to product development decisions. Prior to that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Covidien (formerly Confluent Surgical, Inc), where they improved manufacturing efficiency and assisted in facility expansion. Christina began their career at Demakes Enterprises as a Production Analyst, where they were responsible for scheduling, cost analysis, and inventory control. Overall, they have a strong background in manufacturing, project management, and operations.

Christina Young completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Tufts University from 2007 to 2010.
