Fabian Kausche is a Scientific Advisor at Rejuvenate Bio. Fabian has also previously worked for GALVmed, Stonehaven Incubate AG, PetMedix, and Boehringer Ingelheim.

At Boehringer Ingelheim, Fabian served as the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Research and Development. In this role, they were selected to integrate and manage the combined research and development organizations for legacy-Merial and legacy Boehringer Ingelheim. This was the largest R&D organization in the global animal health industry, with more than 1,200 employees, more than 20 R&D sites, and the largest R&D budget in the animal health industry at 400 Million Euro.

Within 6 months, Fabian had integrated and optimized the pipeline, designed a new R&D operating model, installed a new management team, and implemented improved R&D pipeline governance. Fabian closely aligned the pipeline with business strategy and more than doubled pipeline value in the first two years following the merger.

Fabian was a member of the Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health business unit executive committee and the top BI global management team (top 50 of approximately 47,000 employees), as well as the Animal Health Capital Investment Committee. Fabian was also a member of the BI Corporate Executive Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board and Co-sponsor of Women in Leadership employee resource group.

Fabian Kausche's educational career consists of a diploma in business administration from Harvard Business School, a Dr. med. vet. degree in veterinary pathology and human pathology from Medizinische Hochschule Hannover, an M.S. in veterinary pathology from Iowa State University, and a DVM equivalent in veterinary medicine from Stiftung Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover.
