Ben Yanko

Ben Yanko is an accomplished operations and engineering professional with extensive experience in diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals and food production. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Rekah Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. since April 2021, Ben oversees strategic alignment of operations with company objectives in the production of generic medicines. Prior to this role, Ben was the Chief Operating Officer at Meir & Beigel Industries Ltd., managing operations for a global baked snacks company. Ben's experience also includes a tenure at Unilever as Engineering and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included developing operational plans and strategic CapEx initiatives. Additional roles include Plant Engineer at Dexcel Pharma, overseeing maintenance operations, and Project Manager at Precise Engineering, where Ben managed the establishment of biotechnology facilities. Educational qualifications include a Practical Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amal College Hadera and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ariel University.
