Andreas Guðmundsson

Andreas Guðmundsson has worked in the software development field since 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at FRISK Software International as a Software Architect and Software Developer. During this time, they designed and programmed an end-user AV product, wrote kernel extensions, system daemons, GUI and installers, and helped maintain Solaris, AIX, FreeBSD, OpenBSD and Linux products. Andreas also worked as a Malware Analyst and Software Developer, classifying potential malware samples and adding malware detections to the detection database. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Reverse Engineer and Software Developer at JIVARO, a Software Contractor at Clarified Networks, and a Senior Developer and Developer at Booking.com. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Co-Founder of Prymr.nl and, most recently, a Señor Developer at REKKI.

Andreas Guðmundsson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Háskóli Íslands between 2004 and 2007. Andreas then attended the University of Amsterdam from 2008 to 2009, where they were pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Logic, but did not complete the degree.
