Shai Maron

Shai Maron has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2007, they began their career at IDF as a Software Engineer, later becoming a Software Development Team Leader. From 2010 to 2014, Shai worked as an R&D Software Engineer at IDF. In 2014, they joined Natural Intelligence as a Senior Technical Lead. In 2015, Shai moved to Fifth Dimension Ltd as a Backend Software Engineer. After that, they joined Waycare in 2017 as a VP R&D and later became the General Manager. Waycare was acquired by Rekor, where Shai continued their role as VP R&D, General Manager until 2021. Currently, Shai holds the position of SVP R&D, General Manager at Rekor.

Shai Maron's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MoTIE) from Tel Aviv University, which they pursued from 2015 to 2018.
