Dean Bakeris

Dean Bakeris has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in revenue operations, consulting, business development, and strategic planning. Dean is currently serving as the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Rekor since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an independent consultant and held the position of Member of Consulting Staff at SMA, Inc. Starting in 2018, they served as the Director Of Business Development at Aegis Project Controls until 2021. Dean has also worked at companies like Diffeo, ICF International, BAE Systems, CEDI (a subsidiary of Marotta Controls), ITSolutions, LLC (now Maximus/Acentia), and SFA, Inc.

Dean Bakeris has an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Dean also holds a BA degree in Physics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Dean attended a Summer Program at Dickinson College where they studied Ancient/Classical Greek Language and Literature. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in "Integrate LinkedIn Sales Navigator with Your CRM" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
