Melissa Warnke has extensive work experience in marketing and management roles. Melissa is currently the Director of Product Marketing at Rekor. Previously, they worked as the Head of Marketing at The Health Management Academy, where they led the marketing and business development team to support the organization's growth goals. Prior to that, Melissa was the Director of Segment Marketing at Surescripts, where they created customer-centric messaging and implemented marketing campaigns for various segments. Melissa also held multiple roles at Cardinal Health, including Senior Manager of Marketing, where they focused on customer-centric messaging and product portfolio development. Melissa began their career at Walgreens as a Senior Underwriter and later worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Cardinal Health, managing contracts and leading operational excellence projects.

Melissa Warnke obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from DePaul University, specializing in Leadership and Change Management, as well as Marketing Strategy and Planning. Melissa attended DePaul University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to their MBA, Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Melissa studied at this institution from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, Melissa also holds a certification as a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) from the American Marketing Association, which they obtained in February 2018.
