Jessica Wheeler, CTP, CDS has extensive experience in DOT compliance, with a focus on transportation procedures, safety regulations, and risk management. Jessica has held various leadership positions, such as Director of DOT Compliance at RelaDyne LLC and Jones Pipeline Services. Jessica has introduced innovative systems and centralized processes to improve compliance procedures, including electronic driver qualification files, electronic logging devices, telematics, and continuous MVR monitoring. Jessica has also worked as a Director of Product Management at Applicant Insight, where they served as a subject matter expert on DOT Compliance and worked with vendors to provide comprehensive services to clients. Jessica's experience also includes roles at Wilbur-Ellis, Nexeo Solutions, and C&J Energy Services, where they developed and executed KPIs for hazardous materials transportation and maintained compliance systems and records. Jessica Wheeler, CTP, CDS has a diverse educational background. Jessica obtained a Master's Degree in Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University between 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Grand Canyon University between 2008 and 2011. Jessica earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southwestern Oklahoma State University from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing from the same university between 2004 and 2007. Jessica also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Science from Frank Phillips College, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.

Furthermore, Jessica has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Jessica became a Certified Transportation Professional through the National Private Truck Council in February 2019. In September 2018, they acquired Hazardous Materials Certification from LION, specializing in ground transportation. Additionally, they hold IATA Dangerous Goods Certification and IMDG Dangerous Goods Certification, also from LION, acquired in September 2018. In July 2018, Jessica obtained the Certified Director of Safety (CDS) certification from the North American Transportation Management Institute.
