Katy Delves-SHRM-CP has worked in various HR roles, starting as a Human Resources Generalist at Pitney Bowes in the mid-90s. Katy then progressed to roles such as Human Resource Manager at Essintial Enterprise Solutions and Director of Employee Experience at PPC Lubricants, Inc. Currently, Katy holds the position of Director of HR-Field Operations & Acquisitions at RelaDyne LLC. Katy earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and continued their education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
