Matthew Budd

Matthew Budd is an experienced Business Development Manager who has worked in various roles within the rail industry since July 2013. In their current role at RELAM, Inc. since March 2021, Matthew is responsible for business to business sales and marketing efforts in the Eastern United States. Previously, at Vancer, Matthew held the position of Strategic Account Manager, focusing on maintaining relationships with Contractors, Short lines, and Class 1 Railroads. Prior to that, at Transco Railway Products Inc., Matthew managed sales efforts for the company’s railcar repair network. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Matthew has a proven track record of developing strategic sales forecasts, plans, and goals to drive profitable partnerships with key customers.
