Julia Lassen has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design and art direction. Julia is currently working at Relatable (Previously What Do You Meme?) as an Art Director. Previously, they held roles such as Designer & Video Editor - Marketing and Junior Designer & Video Editor - Marketing at the same company. In 2019, Julia worked as a Graphic Designer for The Butter Group, where they designed promotional content for various events. Julia also worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Engage Media Group and as a Design Intern at MATTE Projects, where they collaborated with teams on design tasks. Before that, they gained experience as a Design Assistant at Tenazas Design and as a Student Designer at The New School and Social and Economic Action for Lebanon (SEAL USA). Their responsibilities in these roles included creating design deliverables, managing client needs, and collaborating with teams on various design projects.
Julia Lassen completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Communication Design Major from Parsons School of Design - The New School between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they participated in the Integrated Study Abroad Program at the University of the Arts London, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors in Graphic Design.
