Joan Twiton

Joan Twiton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Relate Counseling Center since May 2023, Joan previously held various leadership positions including CEO and CFO/COO at Fordland Clinic from January 2007 to May 2023. Additional roles include President of Community Health Centers at Burrell Center Inc. from July 2019 to October 2022 and Operations and Finance Manager at Fordland Family Medical from January 2002 to July 2007. Prior experience also includes serving as Executive Director of the Missouri Association of Rural Health Clinics from January 2001 to December 2006. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Augsburg University and a Master of Public Administration from Missouri State University.
