Sinéad Moore has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Sinéad is currently working as the Human Resources Director at RelateCare | Communicating Better Health, a position they began in September 2021. Prior to this, Sinéad held the role of Group Head of Human Resources at The Porterhouse Group from January 2018 to October 2021. In this role, they provided HR advice to the senior leadership team and implemented strategies and initiatives to meet organizational challenges. From February 2016 to January 2018, Sinéad served as the Group Human Resources Manager at O' Leary International Group, where they led the HR function and delivered operational changes aligned with the group's strategic needs. In addition, they have held various HR roles, including a contract position as a Human Resources Manager at Masadavia, and an Assistant Staff Officer role at Wexford County Council. Sinéad also has experience in policy research and review, having worked at Education and Training Boards Ireland, where they researched and developed policies on managing attendance and recruitment and selection. Earlier in their career, Sinéad worked as a Research Assistant at RIKON, conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, and as a Claims Handler at Zurich Insurance plc, where they provided customer service and processed claims. Sinéad began their professional journey as a Receptionist/Office Administrator at National Vehicle Distribution.
Sinéad Moore attended Loreto Secondary School in Wexford, Ireland from 1999 to 2005, where they completed their Leaving Certificate. Their field of study included English, Irish, Math, Music, French, Chemistry, and Physics.
After completing their secondary education, Sinéad went on to study at the Waterford Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Sinéad graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree, specializing in Human Resources Management.
In addition to their degree, Sinéad also obtained certifications during their educational journey. In 2007, they received the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification. Furthermore, in 2012, Sinéad earned a Professional Certificate in Consumer Credit from LIA Ireland.
