Valerie O'Keeffe

Valerie O'Keeffe is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as the Director of EU Contact Centre Operations at RelateCare since January 2015, following roles as Contact Center Manager and Senior Operations Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Connected Health Team Manager & Trainer at Rigneydolphin, where leadership was provided to teams comprising Irish and American Registered Nurses, student nurses, and telehealth advisers. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Lean Enterprise Excellence from South East Technological University, a Certificate in Business Studies from the same institution, a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Technological University Dublin, and a Lean Sigma Black Belt.
