Dan Fulop

Dan Fulop is a seasoned real estate executive currently serving as Managing Director at Related, overseeing a prestigious portfolio of high-quality properties valued at over $15 billion since October 2011. Prior to joining Related, Fulop held the position of Senior Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments, where responsibilities included serving as an Institutional Portfolio Manager for Private Equity Real Estate and Global Listed Real Estate Securities from July 2005 to October 2011. Fulop also gained valuable experience as a Vice President at both Deutsche Bank from 2003 to 2005 and Goldman Sachs from 1996 to 2003. Fulop earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, graduating in 1996.
