Frank Guidice

Frank Guidice has over 35 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles. Frank is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Related Companies. Prior to this, they worked at Cushman & Wakefield as the Global Director of Engineering & Operations. Before that, they held multiple positions at Jones Lang Lasalle, including Senior Vice President and National Engineering Manager. Frank also has experience working at ABM Industries as an Assistant Chief Engineer and at ISS Facility Services as an Operating Engineer. Frank started their career as a Service Technician at M.G. Mechanical- Heating & Air Conditioning.

Frank Guidice attended Nassau Community College from 1985 to 1987, earning an Associate degree in Applied Science. Frank then pursued Technical Training at the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 94 from 1989 to 1991. Lastly, they studied SMT at BOMA from 1996 to 1997.
