Lea Mancuso

Lea Mancuso is an accomplished Early Career Talent Manager at Related Companies, with a progressive career in talent development and employee experience since July 2020. Lea has held various positions within the organization, starting as an Executive Assistant in Marketing & Leasing for the Related Rentals Luxury Portfolio and advancing to roles such as Analyst and Associate in Talent Development. Prior to this, Lea gained valuable experience through internships, including an Operations Management Project Practicum Consultant at the University of Delaware and a Career Development Intern at the same institution. Lea also served as a Summer Analyst for Related Companies and as an Intern in Corporate Communications at Tapestry. Lea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Delaware in 2020 and holds an Honors Regents Diploma from Eastchester High School.
